Lead the definition and prioritization of Prove AI’s software service that helps AI engineers quickly improve the quality of their GenAI solutions. Act as the customer’s advocate—translating real engineering pain into clear product functionality—so we launch a focused, novel experience that measurably elevates GenAI quality.

Own the technical vision and end-to-end productionization of engineer-focused GenAI tooling and products. Translate ambiguous user problems into shippable solutions; lead multi-team architecture and delivery of core platform capabilities—evaluation pipelines, tracing/observability, dataset/prompt/version workflows, guardrails/safety, and inference orchestration—while setting a high bar for reliability, security, and cost efficiency. Set the standard for technical architecture and implementation in Python, Node/TypeScript APIs, and React UI to deliver end-to-end slices, instrumenting quality/latency/cost/safety and driving continuous improvement against defined SLOs. Lead the technical aspects of the engineering team, mentor engineers, set high standards in architecture and developer-experience, architecture and developer-experience standards, and influence senior leadership across all business functions with clear trade-off narratives and mechanisms that scale.

About the Role:

This role is focused on experienced, hands-on engineers who can take end-to-end ownership of complex full-stack systems—spanning TypeScript, React, Node.js, and generative AI integrations—and operate effectively in a fast-moving, early-stage environment. You will be expected to translate ambiguous product
goals into reliable, scalable solutions, contribute directly to core platform architecture, and collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership to deliver real-world AI capabilities used in production by customers.

As our Senior Technical Writer, you’ll own the end-to-end creation of developer-facing content that helps AI engineers understand, evaluate, and adopt Prove AI. This is a cross-functional role spanning Product, Engineering, Marketing and Community. You’ll craft the documentation and technical narratives that explain how Prove AI works under the hood, how developers can integrate with our SDKs, and how engineering teams can get the most value out of the platform.
