Mrinal Manohar
CEO | Prove AI
Mrinal is CEO at Prove AI, where he’s focused on building and scaling a team that’s structured for the long term. He possesses a unique mix of operational and engineering experience and holds an M.S. from Carnegie Mellon University. A seasoned operator, Mrinal previously led the technology, media and telecommunications sector at Sagard Holdings, a multi-billion dollar alternative asset manager, and worked in the North American Private Equity for the TMT sector at Bain Capital prior to that.
Henry Guo
VP of Product Management | Prove AI
Henry is VP of Product Management at Prove AI, with a strong background in AI/ML startups and enterprise AI. His expertise spans product management, corporate strategy, pricing, and SaaS solutions. Henry has extensive experience in driving organizational transformation, managing software portfolios, and leading change across industrial AI, cybersecurity, and enterprise licensing (B2B). Prior to Prove AI, he held leadership roles at oPRO.ai, Petuum, OmniML, VMWare, and Cisco Systems.
